Manual donation tracking, unstructured communication, and offline adoption forms limited their growth and drained volunteer time.
They needed a system that could automate donations, centralize data, and engage their growing community of supporters effectively.

The foundation envisioned a platform where supporters could donate, sponsor, and adopt animals online — with full transparency and ease. Every second spent managing paperwork was a second lost to saving lives. The dream was to create a digital hub that would sustain their growing mission.

Designed an intuitive adoption application connected to a CRM backend to manage requests, medical records, and follow-ups.
Created a sponsor program portal where donors receive monthly updates and photos of their sponsored animals.
Implemented email automations for thank-you messages, adoption follow-ups, and fundraising campaigns.
The Challenge: Building donor trust and creating a secure payment experience across international and local contributors.
Integrating multiple payment gateways while maintaining transparency and simplicity for donors required precision and testing.
We customized PayPal’s API for nonprofits, added SSL layers for encrypted local transfers, and introduced real-time progress trackers for campaigns. Transparency became their most powerful fundraising tool.
