Prof. Arch. Richard Moreta Castillo — founder of RA+D and one of ARCH20’s “Next 7 Most Influential Architects in the World” — envisioned a revolutionary public transport system: the Bicimetro. A solution for the 90% of Dominicans without private vehicles, designed to provide clean, continuous, elevated mobility.
However, despite its innovation, the project lacked global digital visibility. The concept needed an online platform that could inspire, inform, and attract international collaborators, media, and institutions.

Richard’s aspiration was clear: turn Bicimetro into a symbol of inclusive, sustainable mobility that could transcend borders and influence global urban planning discussions. Yet, the absence of a centralized digital hub kept the project confined within local visibility and academic circles.
